Mental Health Therapists

Mosaic PCNs mental health therapists provide brief short-term support (six sessions) to individuals concerned with their mental, emotional, and physical well being. They use assessment information and clinical theory, to offer treatment recommendations. They hold Masters Degrees, and create patient-centered, strengths-based, goal-oriented therapeutic environments.

They provide individual psychosocial and basic risk assessments to guide intake and treatment recommendations. They also provide brief therapeutic support / treatment for common mental health issues. They facilitate psycho-educational programs which recognize patient needs and cross-cultural differences.
